Walking
From the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, walk down the hill towards Rue de Steinkerque. Continue until you reach Boulevard de Rochechouart, then turn right and follow it to Place Pigalle. Head down Rue de la Victoire, then turn left onto Rue Gabrielle. The studio is at 49 Rue Gabrielle. Walking from the Abbesses Métro station takes about 8 minutes.
Public Transport
Take the Metro Line 12 or 2 to Abbesses. From the Abbesses station, walk approximately 8 minutes to 49 Rue Gabrielle. Alternatively, take Bus 40 to the Gabrielle stop, which is directly next to the studio. A single Metro or bus ticket costs €2.10.

Taxis are readily available in Montmartre. A taxi ride from the Montmartre area to Picasso's First Studio will be approximately €15-€26, depending on the starting point and traffic. Taxi ranks are located at Place de Clichy and Rue Damrémont.
