The theater itself consisted of two small halls: the Michèle Laroque hall with 60 seats and the Higelin hall with 80 seats. For many years, the Théâtre des Blancs-Manteaux was known for its focus on humor and comedy, offering a mix of boulevard plays, café-théâtre performances, and one-man shows. It served as a launching pad for numerous well-known French artists, including Marianne Sergent, Renaud, and Michèle Laroque.
