Getting There

• Walking

  From the Versailles Château-Rive Gauche train station, exit the station and head east on Avenue de Paris. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue Royale. Turn right onto Rue Royale and follow it as it becomes Rue de la Paroisse. Keep walking until you reach Place d'Armes, where you will see the Palace of Versailles. From here, take the exit towards Avenue de l'Europe, then walk straight until you reach the train station Gare de Versailles Chantiers. Take the RER C train towards Paris direction. Once you reach the stop at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame, exit and walk towards the Seine River. Continue walking along the riverbank until you reach Pont Louis-Philippe.

• Public Transport

  Start at the Versailles Château-Rive Gauche train station. Take the RER C train towards Paris. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station. Exit towards the Seine River and walk along the riverbank. Continue until you reach Pont Louis-Philippe. This journey will take around 45 minutes in total.

• Bicycle Rental

  If you prefer to ride, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Versailles. Start at the Versailles Château-Rive Gauche train station and head east on Avenue de Paris. Once you reach Rue Royale, turn right and continue to Place d'Armes. From there, cycle along the avenue that leads towards the Seine River. After about 3 kilometers, you will arrive at Pont Louis-Philippe. The bike ride should take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on your speed.
