Get off at 'Versailles Rive Droite', which is the train station. From here, take the RER C train towards 'Paris Austerlitz'. Get off at 'Saint-Michel - Notre-Dame'. Then, switch to RER B towards 'Robinson' and get off at 'Châtelet - Les Halles'. Finally, take Metro Line 1 toward 'La Défense' and get off at 'Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre'. Walk towards 'Pl. du Carrousel' to see the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel.

From there, cycle through the 'Jardin des Tuileries', and you will find 'Pl. du Carrousel' directly ahead where the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel is located.
