If you are in the center of Versailles, head towards the Palace of Versailles (Château de Versailles). From the palace, exit through the main gates and head towards the gardens. Once in the gardens, follow the path that leads towards the Grand Canal. You will pass several fountains and beautiful landscaping. Continue walking straight until you reach the Avenue de Trianon. The Dragon Pool is located along this avenue, and you will see it as you approach the area.

To reach the Dragon Pool from the Versailles-Rive Gauche train station, exit the station and head towards the Avenue de Versailles. Take bus line 26 from the 'Versailles Rive Gauche' stop towards 'Château de Versailles'. Get off at the 'Château de Versailles' stop.
