Once in the gardens, follow the path that leads towards the Grand Canal. You will pass several fountains and beautiful landscaping. Continue walking straight until you reach the Avenue de Trianon. The Dragon Pool is located along this avenue, and you will see it as you approach the area.

To reach the Dragon Pool from the Versailles-Rive Gauche train station, exit the station and head towards the Avenue de Versailles. Take bus line 26 from the 'Versailles Rive Gauche' stop towards 'Château de Versailles'. Get off at the 'Château de Versailles' stop. From there, walk towards the main entrance of the Palace, enter the gardens, and follow the path towards the Grand Canal. The Dragon Pool is situated along the Avenue de Trianon.
