    Getting There

    Train

    From Versailles Château Rive Gauche train station, take the RER C train towards Paris. Stay on the train for about 30 minutes, and get off at the Musée d'Orsay station. After exiting the station, head towards the Seine River, and then walk east along the riverbank for about 10 minutes until you reach Place de la Concorde, where you will find the Obélisque de Louxor.

    Bus

    From Versailles, take bus line 171 from the 'Château' stop. This bus will take you directly to 'Pont de Sèvres' metro station in approximately 25 minutes. From there, transfer to metro line 9 towards Mairie de Montreuil and get off at 'Franklin D. Roosevelt' station. From the station, walk towards Avenue des Champs-Élysées, then continue straight until you reach Place de la Concorde. The Obélisque de Louxor will be in the center of the square.

    Walking

    If you prefer to walk, start from the Palace of Versailles and head towards Avenue de Paris. Follow Avenue de Paris until you reach the train station 'Versailles Chantiers'. From there, you can walk to the RER C train station, and take a train towards Paris. Once in Paris, walk from the nearest station to Place de la Concorde, which is a beautiful 30-minute stroll.
