Walking
From the Palace of Versailles, exit the palace grounds and head towards the main entrance. Once outside, walk to the Versailles Rive Gauche train station, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. At the station, take the RER C train towards Paris. After about 30 minutes, alight at the Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel station. From there, transfer to the RER C line in the direction of Pontoise and get off at the next stop, which is the Invalides. Walk approximately 10 minutes to reach the Statue Honoré de Balzac located at 12 Av. de Friedland.
