Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head towards the town of Saulxures-sur-Moselotte. Get on the D11 road from your current location in the Vosges Mountains. Follow the D11 for approximately 15 minutes until you reach Saulxures-sur-Moselotte. Once in town, look for Rue du Moulin. The museum is located at 20 Rue du Moulin, which is just off the main street. There is parking available near the museum, but be sure to check for any parking signs that might indicate restrictions.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, take a train to the nearest station, which is Remiremont. From Remiremont, you can take a local bus towards Saulxures-sur-Moselotte. Check the bus schedule in advance as service may be limited. Once you arrive in Saulxures-sur-Moselotte, you will need to walk approximately 10 minutes to reach the museum. Head to Rue du Moulin, where the museum is located at number 20. Make sure to check the bus return schedule as well to plan your visit.

• Bicycle

  If you're feeling adventurous, consider cycling to the museum. There are cycling routes throughout the Vosges Mountains that lead to Saulxures-sur-Moselotte. You can start your ride from nearby towns, following designated cycling paths. The ride may take around 1 to 2 hours depending on your starting point and cycling speed. Once you reach the town, navigate to Rue du Moulin to find the museum at 20 Rue du Moulin.
