We saw a tip on Trip Advisor this morning that shared going to the local tourist info spot for last-minute excursions. From the moment we met Cathy, we found her special. She offered us a reasonable deal for a trip for 2 and off we went. While the air-conditioned van pleased my husband, Cathy's delight in sharing the wonders of her island was magic for me. She took us the places we wanted to go and gifted us with many extras- a prayer and a song at an ancestral spot, additional items of interest and more information than I could possible process. I loved it all. She is also a local artisan with beautiful jewelry and has a unique perspective of the island based on her generational heritage. Ask her about Don Ho.
