Getting There

• Car Rental

  If you're starting from the main town of Vaitape, head southeast on Route de Vaitape towards Avenue du Commerce. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach the junction for F772. Turn right onto F772 (Unnamed Road), and follow it for about 3 kilometers. You'll see signs for Raititi Point. The journey should take approximately 15 minutes. Ensure you have a map app ready in case you need to navigate, as some areas may lack clear signage.

• Public Bus

  From Vaitape, you can take a public bus heading towards Matira. The bus stops at various points along the coast. You will want to get off at the stop closest to F772 (Unnamed Road). After disembarking, walk east on F772 for about 1 kilometer. This walk will take you directly to Raititi Point. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as they may not run frequently.

• Taxi

  Taxis are available throughout Bora Bora. If you are in Vaitape, simply flag down a taxi or call one for pickup. Inform the driver that you want to go to Raititi Point (F772+GXM). The ride should take around 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Taxi fares can vary, so confirm the price before starting your journey. Expect to pay between 1,500 to 2,500 CFP (French Pacific Francs).

• Bicycle Rental

  For an adventurous option, consider renting a bicycle in Vaitape. Head southeast on Route de Vaitape, then turn right onto F772. It's about an 8-kilometer ride and should take roughly 30-40 minutes. The route is relatively flat and offers scenic views of the island. Be sure to wear sunscreen and stay hydrated during your ride.
