Getting There

• Walking

  From the main village area of Maupiti, head towards the local market and the church. Continue on the main road, Boulevard de la Paix, which runs parallel to the coastline. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Keep to the right, continuing on Boulevard de la Paix. After approximately 500 meters, you will see a sign for Maupiti Residence. Turn left onto the small path that leads to the residence, which is located at B 51. The total walking distance is about 2 kilometers and should take roughly 30-40 minutes.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, start from the village center and ride along Boulevard de la Paix. Pedal towards the coast and follow the road as it curves along the shoreline. Approximately 1.5 kilometers in, you'll encounter a fork; take the right path. After a short distance, around 500 meters, look for the sign indicating Maupiti Residence on your left. The ride will take around 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace.

• Boat

  If you are near the lagoon, you may consider taking a small boat (outrigger canoe or personal kayak), heading towards the beach near B 51. Make sure to ask locals for directions to the exact spot, as the entrance to Maupiti Residence can be accessed from the water. This option is ideal for those wanting a unique perspective of Maupiti from the lagoon. After docking, walk towards the path leading to the residence.
