    From the ferry terminal or airport, taxis are readily available. A taxi to PK 5 Maharepa Moorea will cost approximately 2,000-3,000 XPF during the day. Ensure the driver is aware of the location before starting the ride. Note that fares increase at night.

    Car rentals are available at the airport and ferry terminal. From either location, follow the main road (Route de ceinture) towards Maharepa. Mana Moorea Tours is located at PK 5. Parking is available nearby. Rental rates start around 8,000 XPF per day.

  • Bus

    The bus service on Moorea is not very efficient but does travel the coastal road. Check local schedules for the 'Vaiare' bus route, which passes through Maharepa. Ask the driver to stop at PK 5. Bus fare is approximately 500 XPF.
