    From Pirae town hall, follow the road towards the O Belvédère restaurant, located at an altitude of 600m. The trailhead to Mount Aorai starts at the restaurant's parking lot. Parking is available at the restaurant. It is recommended to arrive early as parking can be limited. There are no fees associated with parking.

  • Public Transport

    From Papeete, take the bus heading to Pirae. Get off at the last stop, which is near the Pirae town hall. From there, you can take a taxi or arrange for a ride to the O Belvédère restaurant, where the Mount Aorai trailhead begins. Expect to pay around 2000-3000 XPF for a taxi ride from Pirae town hall to the restaurant.
