Car
From Plateaux Batéké, head southeast towards Lekoni on the main road. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach Lekoni. Look for signs directing you to Canyon de Léconi near coordinates 975Q+CC5. Parking is available near the canyon.
Public Transport
From Plateaux Batéké, take a local taxi-brousse (shared minibus) towards Lekoni. These can be found at main transport hubs. The cost is approximately 2,000 CFA francs. Upon arrival in Lekoni, hire a motorcycle taxi (zemidjan) to Canyon de Léconi, roughly 5 kilometers away. Agree on a fare beforehand, typically 2,500 to 5,000 CFA francs.
Walking
If you are already in Lekoni, you can reach Canyon de Léconi by walking. From the center of Lekoni, head southwest towards the canyon. The walk is approximately 5 kilometers and will take about 1 hour. Follow the dirt path that leads you through some scenic areas; however, make sure to carry water and wear appropriate footwear as the terrain can be uneven.
