Batumi Viewpoint: A Panoramic Paradise

Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from Batumi city center. Drive northwest on Rustaveli Avenue, then take a left onto Kakhaberi Street. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto E70, a well-marked road towards Kobuleti. After approximately 5 kilometers, look for signs directing you to the Batumi View Point on your right. There is a parking area available near the viewpoint.

• Public Transportation (Minibus)

  For those using public transportation, head to the Batumi bus station located near the city center. Look for a minibus (marshrutka) heading towards Kobuleti. The fare is usually around 1 GEL. Inform the driver of your destination or keep an eye out for signs directing to Batumi View Point. The trip will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive, walk about 500 meters uphill to reach the viewpoint.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from any location in Batumi. Simply request a ride to Batumi View Point by providing the location code 'JMG4+5F7' to the driver. This option will cost approximately 10-15 GEL, depending on your starting point. The taxi ride should take around 10 minutes from the city center.

• Walking

  For adventurous travelers, you can also walk to Batumi View Point if you are nearby. From the Batumi Boulevard, head towards the hills at the northern end of the beach. Follow the road uphill, taking in the scenic views along the way. It's about a 45-minute walk from the beach area, so wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
