From Batumi, take a minibus (marshrutka) from the old bus station on Mayakovsky St, 1, heading towards Kutaisi, Tbilisi, Poti, or Borjomi. These buses pass by Ureki and can drop you off near the beach. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes and costs around 7 GEL. From Kutaisi, Citybus Georgia operates buses to Ureki three times a day from the Kutaisi station. The journey takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes and costs between $8-11. Alternatively, take the train to Ureki Railway Station from Tbilisi or Batumi. From the station, it's about a 1.5km walk to the beach.
Taxi/Ride-share
Taxis and ride-sharing services are available from nearby cities like Batumi and Kutaisi. A taxi ride from Batumi to Ureki typically costs around 50-70 GEL and takes about 45 minutes. From Kutaisi, a taxi ride to Ureki will cost approximately 60-80 GEL and take around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Be sure to negotiate the price before starting your journey.
Driving
If driving from Batumi, head north on the E70 highway. After approximately 60 kilometers, take the exit towards Ureki. Follow the signs directing you to Ureki Beach.
