From Batumi, take a minibus (marshrutka) from the old bus station on Mayakovsky St, 1, heading towards Kutaisi, Tbilisi, Poti, or Borjomi. From Kutaisi, Citybus Georgia operates buses to Ureki three times a day from the Kutaisi station. The journey takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes and costs between $8-11. Alternatively, take the train to Ureki Railway Station from Tbilisi or Batumi. From the station, it's about a 1.5km walk to the beach.
