From Khevi, head west on the main road (E117) towards Khevsureti. After approximately 4 km, you will see a sign for Khotevi. Turn right onto a smaller road (F49V+J65). Continue along this road for about 5 km, and you will arrive at Khotevi Fortress, which will be visible from the road.

While public transportation options are limited, you can take a local minibus (marshrutka) from Khevi to the nearby village of Khotevi. You can find the minibus station in Khevi near the main square. The ride should take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Khotevi, you will need to walk about 1 km to reach the fortress. Follow the main road (F49V+J65) going uphill, and you will see the fortress on your left.
