Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving to Traveler’s Meeting Point, head towards Tbilisi from any location in Kvemo Kartli. Use the main roads leading to Tbilisi, such as the E60 highway, which connects directly to the city. Once you reach Tbilisi, follow the signs to the city center. After entering Tbilisi, navigate to Vladimer Meskhishvili Street (14 0103) using a GPS or a map app. There is street parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

• Public Transportation - Marshrutka

  To reach Traveler’s Meeting Point via public transport, take a marshrutka (minibus) from any major town in Kvemo Kartli to Tbilisi. Marshrutkas to Tbilisi frequently depart from main bus stations, such as in Rustavi or Marneuli. The fare is generally around 2-3 GEL. Once in Tbilisi, disembark at the central bus station or at a nearby stop. From there, you can either walk to Vladimer Meskhishvili Street or take a taxi for about 5 GEL to cover the distance.

• Public Transportation - Train

  For travelers preferring trains, check the schedule for trains from towns in Kvemo Kartli to Tbilisi. The train ride typically takes around 1-1.5 hours. Upon arrival at Tbilisi Central Station, exit the station and take a taxi to Traveler’s Meeting Point, which should cost around 10 GEL. Alternatively, you can take metro line 1 from the central station to the Avlabari station and then walk to Vladimer Meskhishvili Street.
