Once you arrive at the main bus station in Tbilisi (Didube or Samgori), you can take the metro or a taxi to reach Freedom Square. If you choose the metro, take Line 1 (the red line) and get off at the 'Liberty Square' station. From there, it's a short walk to 2 Freedom Square.
