If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Rustavi, which is a major city in Kvemo Kartli. Head southwest on the E70 highway. Continue on the E70 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Marneuli. From Marneuli, take the road towards Ortubani. After about 10 kilometers, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Mzovreti Monastery. The monastery is located at the coordinates WQX6+R36, Ortubani. Parking is available near the monastery.
Public Transportation
To reach Mzovreti Monastery via public transportation, take a marshrutka (minibus) from Rustavi to Marneuli. The fare is typically around 1 GEL and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once in Marneuli, you can catch another marshrutka heading towards Ortubani. Make sure to tell the driver your destination (Mzovreti Monastery) as not all marshrutkas may go directly there. The fare for this leg is also around 1 GEL. After you arrive in Ortubani, the monastery is within walking distance; follow the road signs or ask locals for directions.
