Car
If you are traveling by car from Tbilisi, head southeast on the E60 highway towards Rustavi. Continue on E60 for approximately 30 kilometers. Take the exit towards the Mtkvari River and follow the signs to Pitareti. After about 15 kilometers, you will reach the village of Pitareti. The monastery is located at coordinates F8H9+WXQ. Make sure to check local maps or GPS for the exact location, as some roads may not be well marked.
Public Transportation
To reach Pitareti Monastery via public transportation, take a marshrutka (minibus) from Tbilisi's Didube Station to Rustavi. The fare is usually around 1 GEL. Upon arriving in Rustavi, you can catch another marshrutka heading towards Pitareti. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they are going to Pitareti, as not all routes may stop directly at the monastery. The total journey might take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on connections.
