Bazaleti Lake, located 60 km northwest of Tbilisi and 5 km south of Dusheti, is a captivating destination in eastern Georgia. This volcanic lake, with a surface area of 1.22 square kilometers and a maximum depth of 30 meters, is set on the Bazaleti Plateau at an altitude of 900 meters, surrounded by the Gudamakari and Lomisi ranges. The water is believed to alleviate dermatological, gynecological, rheumatic, and bone and joint conditions. The lake's algae give it an emerald color and contribute to its healing properties.
