Walking
From the center of Mtskheta, start at the main square. Head west on Aghmashenebeli St. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road leading to Tbilisi. Turn left onto the road towards Tbilisi and walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers. As you walk, you’ll pass by the beautiful views of the Mtkvari River on your right. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will find a bus stop on your left. From here, take a local bus (number 37) towards Tbilisi, which will take you directly to the area near the Memorial of Outstanding Artists. Disembark at the 'Rustaveli Ave' bus stop in Tbilisi, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. The memorial is located at 25, Shota Rustaveli Ave, just a short walk from the bus stop. Head north on Shota Rustaveli Avenue for about 200 meters until you reach the memorial on your left.

Public Transport (Marshrutka)
From Mtskheta, locate the marshrutka (minibus) station, which is near the main square. Take a marshrutka heading to Tbilisi. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to 'Rustaveli Ave.' Once you arrive, walk north along Shota Rustaveli Avenue for about 200 meters to reach the Memorial of Outstanding Artists located at 25, Shota Rustaveli Ave.
