Walking
From the center of Mtskheta, head east along Aghmashenebeli Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road that leads out of the city. Cross the road and follow the signs toward Tsilkani. Keep walking straight, and shortly after you will see a signpost indicating the direction to Tsilkani Cathedral. Follow the path through the countryside; it will take you through some beautiful landscapes. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Tsilkani.

Public Transport
From Mtskheta, walk to the main bus stop located near the central square. Look for a minibus (marshrutka) heading to Tsilkani. The marshrutkas for Tsilkani are usually marked with a sign on the front window. Once you board, pay the fare (usually a small amount, around 1 GEL). The ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the Tsilkani stop, and from there, it’s a short walk of about 10 minutes towards the Cathedral. Follow the signs or ask locals if you need directions.
