Driving
From Hiawassee Town Square, drive east on US-76 for 1.3 miles, then turn left onto Shake Rag Road. Continue on Shake Rag Road for approximately 2.25 miles to reach Bell Mountain. The road is steep and winding with sharp curves, so drive slowly and cautiously. There are two parking areas: a lower lot and an upper lot closer to the summit. Parking is free. Be prepared for limited parking spaces, especially during peak times.
