It has served as a health resort for patients with bronchial asthma and hypertension due to its ionizing conditions and radon content. During the Soviet era, it was even used as a training center for cosmonauts. Archaeological finds within the cave include pottery remnants, animal bones, and a copper arrowhead, indicating ancient copper processing technology. The cave is also home to diverse cave-dwelling creatures. Tetra Cave is committed to accessibility, being the first cave in Georgia adapted for disabled people. It's equipped with fire and emergency safety systems and modern lighting.
