Car
If you are traveling by car from Zugdidi, take the E60 highway towards Lakhushdi. Continue on the E60 for about 30 kilometers until you reach a junction near the village of Lakhushdi. Follow the signs towards Lakhushdi, then turn onto the local road heading southwest for approximately 5 kilometers. Look for the coordinates XJRX+Q3 on your GPS; Sgobul will be on your right. Make sure to have a physical map in case GPS signal is weak.
Public Transportation
From Zugdidi, take a minibus (marshrutka) to Lakhushdi. The marshrutkas leave from the main bus station in Zugdidi and run frequently. The fare is approximately 1 GEL. Once you arrive in Lakhushdi, you can either walk or hire a local taxi to take you to Sgobul, which is about 5 kilometers away from the village center. Ensure you confirm the fare with the taxi driver beforehand, as it may vary.
Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and have already reached Lakhushdi, you can walk to Sgobul. From the village center, head southwest through the local roads for about 5 kilometers. The path can be rugged, so wear appropriate hiking shoes and carry water. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions if you feel lost.
