If you are in the central area of Signagi, head towards the main square, known as 'Kakheti Square.' From there, locate the prominent statue of a local historical figure. Walk towards the sign for 'Sighnaghi Museum' which is on the same street. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the road leading uphill. Turn left at this intersection. Follow the road as it curves and rises gently for another 300 meters; you will see the Signagi St. George Basilica perched on a hilltop ahead.
