From the center of Sighnaghi, start at the main square (Ilia Chavchavadze Square). Head east on G. Akhvlediani Street until you reach the intersection with Kote Marjanishvili Street. Turn left onto Kote Marjanishvili Street and continue straight. After about 500 meters, you will reach the Sighnaghi Estate, which is located on the right side of the street. Look for the entrance marked with the estate's name.

Alternatively, if you are near the Sighnaghi Wine House, head south along the main road (Tsinandali Street) towards the city center. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with G. Akhvlediani Street. Turn left and walk until you reach the intersection with Kote Marjanishvili Street. Turn right onto Kote Marjanishvili Street, and after approximately 300 meters, you will find the Sighnaghi Estate on your left.
