From Stone Mountain Park, head southeast on Main St toward N Stone Mountain Lithonia Rd. Turn left onto N Stone Mountain Lithonia Rd and continue for about 2 miles. Merge onto I-285 S via the ramp to Macon. After about 10 miles, take exit 46 for US-78 E toward Athens. Continue on US-78 E for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 12 for GA-11 N toward Monroe. Follow GA-11 N for about 12 miles until you reach Motsameta Monastery, which will be on your left. Parking is available near the monastery.
