If you're driving, start from the town of Mestia, which is the main hub in Svaneti. From Mestia, take the road towards Zhabeshi. After about 10 km, look for the sign for Heshkili. Turn onto the dirt road that leads to Heshkili Huts. The drive should take approximately 30 minutes. Be aware that the road can be rough, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. There's no parking directly at the huts, but you can find a spot nearby.

To reach Heshkili Huts via public transport, you can take a marshrutka (minibus) from Mestia to Zhabeshi. The ride takes about 30 minutes and costs around 5 GEL. Upon arriving in Zhabeshi, you will need to hire a local taxi or arrange for a pickup to take you the additional 5 km to Heshkili Huts. Taxi fares in this area can range from 10 to 15 GEL. Make sure to negotiate the price beforehand.
