From Mestia, head southeast on the E117 road towards the town of Zugdidi. Continue for about 29 km until you reach the town of Lentekhi. From Lentekhi, follow the signs to Truso Gorge. The drive takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on road conditions. Once you reach the entrance of Truso Gorge, you will need to park your car at the designated parking area.

To reach Truso Gorge via public transportation, start at Mestia bus station. Take a minibus (marshrutka) heading to Zugdidi. Upon arrival in Zugdidi, transfer to another marshrutka that goes to Lentekhi. This journey will take around 2-3 hours in total. Once in Lentekhi, you can either take a taxi to the entrance of Truso Gorge or find a local guide who may offer transport services for a fee, typically around 30-50 GEL.
