Walking
If you're starting from Rustaveli Avenue, head south towards the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre. From there, continue on to Shota Rustaveli Avenue until you reach Freedom Square. At Freedom Square, take the exit towards Leselidze Street and walk straight until you reach the intersection with M. Abashidze Street. Turn left onto M. Abashidze Street, and continue straight until you reach the bridge over the river. Cross the bridge, and once you reach the other side, you will find the Tree of Life sculpture located in the Old Tbilisi area, specifically at MRR6+MFG.
