The travel was on time...
The travel was on time and the staff who was working in the office was friendly and willing to help. The car was tidy. I needed to transfer to another car when I was close to Kutasis. I am so satisfied with the trip in the second car, the driver was helpful and friendly. However, I am not ok with the first car. The driver helped me to carry my luggage, that was helpful. However, he picked up some local guys on the street, which I felt a little bit out of expectation (the driver knew these people, so I guess they were colleagues or friends). They chatted loudly in the car and one of these passengers even smoked in the car. I didn’t voice out because I didn’t want to cause any trouble on the way to Kutasis. Although I could arrive my destination safely within the expected time, I don’t feel comfortable in the first car. Despite that, I would still recommend people who need a transfer to Kutasis with a lower price.
