If you are near a metro station, take the Tbilisi Metro to 'Liberty Square' station (it's on the Blue Line). Exit the station and walk towards the square, which is just a short 5-minute walk away. Bus

You can hail a taxi from almost anywhere in Tbilisi. Just tell the driver 'Freedom Square' or show them the name on your phone or a piece of paper. The ride should cost around 5-10 GEL depending on your starting location, and it will take approximately 5-10 minutes to reach the square.
Minibus (Marshrutka)
Look for a minibus (marshrutka) heading towards 'Freedom Square'. They usually depart from designated marshrutka stops, and you can ask locals for the exact location. The fare is typically 1 GEL. Once you arrive, just get off when you see the square.
