If you are already in the Old Tbilisi area, you can easily walk to 'Freedom Square'. Start at the historic district and head towards Rustaveli Avenue. Walk straight along Rustaveli Avenue until you reach the square. It is approximately a 15-20 minute walk, and you will pass various shops and cafes along the way.
