If you are starting from Freedom Square, head east on Rustaveli Avenue towards the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kote Afkhazi Street. Turn right onto Kote Afkhazi Street and walk until you reach the square at the end of the street. From there, turn left onto Botanikuri Street. The Tbilisi Juma Mosque will be located on your left at 32 Botanikuri Street.

If you prefer to take the metro, start at the Rustaveli Metro Station. Take the metro towards Akhmeteli Theatre Station and get off at Avlabari Station. Exit the station and walk towards the Peace Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight, following the river until you reach the Botanical Street. Turn left onto Botanikuri Street, and you will find the Tbilisi Juma Mosque at 32 Botanikuri Street.

From the Tbilisi Central Bus Station, take bus number 37 heading towards Avlabari. Get off at the Avlabari stop. From there, walk towards the Peace Bridge, cross it, and continue along the riverbank until you reach Botanical Street.
