Starting from the central square of Telavi, head east towards the Sioni Church. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Merab Kostava Street. Turn left onto Merab Kostava Street and walk for approximately 300 meters. You will pass by several local shops and cafes. When you reach the intersection with Gagarin Street, turn right. Continue walking for another 400 meters. Jakeli Wines will be on your left side, just before you reach the intersection with Kote Marjanishvili Street.

From the central bus station in Telavi, take a local bus that heads towards the Telavi city center. Inform the driver to drop you off near the Sioni Church. Once you get off, walk east towards the church and follow the walking directions provided above, turning left onto Merab Kostava Street and then right onto Gagarin Street to reach Jakeli Wines.
