Start at the central square of Telavi, known as the Gagarin Square. From the square, head northeast along Tsinandali Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Tskhrajvari Street. Turn left onto Tskhrajvari Street and continue for about 500 meters. You will pass by local shops and cafes along the way. After walking for a while, you will reach a park area. The Flag Monument is located at the end of this park, visible from the pathway. Look for the large flagpole marking the monument.

From the central bus station in Telavi, take a minibus heading towards Tsinandali. Inform the driver that you want to stop at the Flag Monument. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Bicycle

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the central square of Telavi and cycle northeast on Tsinandali Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Tskhrajvari Street.
