Starting from the center of Telavi, head east on Aghmashenebeli Street until you reach the intersection with Rustaveli Street. Turn left onto Rustaveli Street. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of the city. Here, you will see signs indicating the direction to Kisiskhevi. Follow the signs and walk towards the village, which is approximately 4 kilometers from Telavi center. After you enter Kisiskhevi, look for the Mosmieri Kakheti Wine Centre on your right, located near Nasamkhrali. The total walking distance is around 5.5 kilometers, so be prepared for a bit of a trek!

From the center of Telavi, head to the central bus station which is located near the market area. Take a marshrutka (minibus) heading to Kisiskhevi; these typically run every 30 minutes. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Mosmieri Kakheti Wine Centre or ask for the stop near Nasamkhrali. Once you get off, the wine centre will be within a short walking distance. The total cost for the marshrutka is usually around 1-2 GEL.
