From the center of Sighnaghi, head south on Chavchavadze Street towards the city walls. Continue straight until you reach the main road (Tsnori-Sighnaghi Road). Turn left onto this road and walk for about 20 minutes. You will pass by some vineyards and scenic views of the surrounding hills. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Udabno. As you approach Udabno, you will see signs for David Gareji Monastery. The monastery is located a bit off the main road, so be prepared to follow the signs to the entrance.
