Tbilisi to Magical Borjomi Rabati and Vardzia Cave Guided Tour

The language of the tour was listed as English, however it was bilingual in English & Russian - that was really very tiring overall. The guide Ika was great nonetheless. You could really feel how much he loves his job. He has enormous knowledge of the country's history and conveyed it with a lot of humor. In Borjomi, there was an hour of free time at the beginning of the tour. In Vardzia, there was a tour by the local tour guide. However, for time reasons, you do not walk through all areas, which is a real shame. In Rabati, there was again an hour of free time with the option to hire a local guide for the visit. Since I didn't want to see Rabati anyway, it was great that you could also just pass the time in a café. It was possible to stay in Akhaltsikhe or Borjomi at the end of the tour and not drive back to Tbilisi.

It was a long but nice tour. It included quite picturesque sights and unique places. The guide was very informative, polite, and helpful throughout the tour. Highly recommended.
