De Geulpoort is a reconstructed medieval city gate in Valkenburg, Netherlands. Originally part of the city's defenses in the 14th century, it was gradually demolished starting in 1644. In 2014, the gate was rebuilt using Sibbersteen, a type of marl, and now features a viewing platform, offering visitors a glimpse into the past and panoramic views of the Geul valley.

De Geulpoort is located on the north side of Valkenburg's historic center, making it easily accessible on foot from most central locations. From the Valkenburg Castle Ruins, walk northeast along the Grendelplein, then continue onto Dr. Erensstraat. Turn left onto Grotestraat Centrum, and the Geulpoort will be on your right. The walk is approximately 500m and should take less than 10 minutes. No costs are involved.

The nearest bus stop to De Geulpoort is 'Valkenburg, Theodoor Dorrenplein'. From Valkenburg Railway Station, take bus line 4 towards Maastricht. The bus ride is short, and from the Theodoor Dorrenplein bus stop, the Geulpoort is a short walk away. A single bus fare within Valkenburg costs approximately €3. Alternatively, from the city center, several local bus lines connect to the Theodoor Dorrenplein, with similar fares.
