The Riesenmammutbaum is located within the Stadtgarten, easily accessible by foot from Aachen city center. From the Elisenbrunnen, walk southwest along Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz, then turn left onto Theaterstraße. Continue onto Wilhelmstraße, and then turn right onto Passstraße. The Stadtgarten entrance will be on your left, and the Riesenmammutbaum will be visible within the park. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes. There are no costs associated with walking.

From Aachen Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take bus lines 33 or 73 towards the stop 'Aachen Bushof'. From there, transfer to bus line 46 towards 'Aachen Preusweg' and exit at the stop 'Aachen Stadtgarten'. The Riesenmammutbaum is a short walk from the bus stop within the Stadtgarten. A single ticket (Preisstufe 1b) costs approximately €2.80. The journey takes approximately 20-25 minutes.

If driving, navigate to Passstraße 79, 52070 Aachen. Limited parking is available near the Carolus Thermen. Parking fees at Carolus Thermen are approximately €4 per day.
