Walking
From the Aachen Cathedral (Aachener Dom), head east on Markt Street (Marktstraße) towards the center of the square. Continue straight for about 200 meters until you reach the intersection with the Breinigerstraße. Turn left onto Breinigerstraße and follow it for 150 meters. You will arrive at the City Hall (Rathaus) located at Markt 78, Maastricht.
Public Transport
From Aachen Hauptbahnhof (the main train station), take bus line 50 towards Maastricht. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Maastricht Markt' stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the Markt square, and you will see the City Hall (Rathaus) at Markt 78 directly in front of you.
Biking
You can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations around Aachen. Start at the station closest to you and head towards the Vaalser Straße. Follow the signs leading to the border with the Netherlands. Once you cross into Maastricht, continue straight until you reach the Markt square, where the City Hall is located at Markt 78.
