Getting There

Car
If you're traveling by car, head towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen. From the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, follow signs for B2 towards Mittenwald. Drive approximately 6 kilometers until you see the signs for Kramerspitz. There is a parking area near the base of the mountain, but be aware that there may be a small parking fee (around €5 per day). From the parking area, you will need to hike approximately 2 kilometers up the trail to reach Kramerspitz.

If you prefer public transportation, take a train to Garmisch-Partenkirchen from major cities like Munich. Once you arrive at the Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station, take bus line 1 or 2 towards 'Kreuzeckbahn' (the cable car station). The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. From the Kreuzeckbahn station, you can take the cable car up to the mountain, which costs approximately €15 for a round trip. After disembarking at the upper station, you will have a short 10-minute hike to reach the summit of Kramerspitz.
