Built between 1909 and 1911 as a wedding gift for Johann Jacob Franz Wagenführ von Arnim, the mansion reflects a Neoclassical style inspired by Italian architecture. The park itself features the Altes Schloss (Old Castle), a swan pond, a waterfall, and a cast-iron pavilion from the 1888 Paris World's Fair.
