From the Magdeburg Cathedral, walk south along Breiter Weg, then turn left onto Ernst-Reuter-Allee. The memorial will be on your right, across from building number 24. There are no costs associated with walking.
Public Transport
The memorial is accessible via tram or bus. Several lines stop near the Allee-Center Magdeburg on Ernst-Reuter-Allee, a short walk from the memorial. Check the MVB (Magdeburger Verkehrsbetriebe) website for current schedules and routes. A single fare (Einzelfahrschein) within Magdeburg costs around €2.40.
Parking
If driving, parking is available at the Allee-Center parking garage located at Schleinufer 5, a short walk to Ernst-Reuter-Allee. From there, walk east to Ernst-Reuter-Allee, where you'll find the memorial on the south side of the street. Parking fees at the Allee-Center are approximately €1.00 for the first hour, €1.00 for the second hour, and €1.50 for each additional hour, with a daily maximum of €15.00. Alternatively, there is parking available at P1 on Ernst-Reuter-Allee 46. The cost is €0.60 for 20 minutes, €1.80 for an hour, with a daily maximum of €7.20.
