Getting there

Walking

If you're already in Baden-Baden and prefer to walk, a good starting point is the Kurhaus Baden-Baden. Head south on Kaiserstraße, then turn left onto Lichtentaler Allee/B500. Follow this path until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto B3. Continue straight for about 1 km, then turn onto Kellersbildweg. Walk for another 500 meters, and you will arrive at Grüner Stein, which will be on your right. This walk is approximately 30 minutes long.

Public Transport

From Baden-Baden train station, take a bus to Leopoldsplatz. From Leopoldsplatz, you can then walk or take a local bus towards Kellersbildweg. Bus tickets typically cost between €2.50 and €3.50.

Parking

If driving, parking is available near Kellersbildweg, though it can be limited. Parking fees in Baden-Baden vary, with short-term parking zones (Blue Zone) in the city center costing around €1.00 per half hour. The Green Zone surrounding the Blue Zone has parking fees on weekdays, ending in the afternoon. Consider parking at Kurhausgarage for convenient access to the city center and then walking or taking public transport to Grüner Stein.
