Walking
From Leopoldsplatz, a central transport hub, walk south along Sophienstraße towards the Theater Baden-Baden. Continue past the theater, turning right onto Lichtentaler Allee. The Staatliche Kunsthalle will be on your right, approximately 100 meters along the Allee. The walk is generally flat and takes about 5-10 minutes.

From Baden-Baden train station, take bus line 201, 205, 207, 218, 243, 244, or 245 to Leopoldsplatz/Luisenstr. From there, follow the walking directions above. Alternatively, take bus line 201, 218, or 245 to Augustaplatz/Museum Frieder Burda. Walk past the Kongresshaus and through Lichtentaler Park; the Kunsthalle will be on your left after about 200 meters. A single bus fare is approximately €2.40.

Driving
From the A5 motorway, take the Baden-Baden exit. Follow the signs towards Lichtental via the Europastraße/B500, passing through the Michaelstunnel. Take the first exit after the tunnel and turn left at the traffic light towards 'Centrum/Congress'. Follow the signs for parking. Several underground parking garages are available near the Kunsthalle, including Parkgarage Kongress am Augustaplatz, Parkhaus an der Lichtentaler Straße 41, and Parkgarage Kurhaus Casino. Parking fees typically range from €2.50 to €3.50 per hour.
