From the Alpsee parking lot P4 in Hohenschwangau, take the shuttle bus uphill. The bus will drop you off near the Marienbrücke (Mary's Bridge). From there, it's a downhill walk of about 500 meters (10-15 minutes) to the castle entrance and the Cafe-Bistro. Shuttle bus tickets cost €3.50 uphill, €3.50 downhill, or €5.00 for a round trip. Please note that the shuttle bus service may be suspended in snowy or icy conditions.
